These downloadable samples show domestic pump comparison, irrigation pipe sizing, solenoid cable sizing and screen-filter selection. Each uses an actual Tenselo calculation run on 14 September 2026. The layout has been prepared for demonstration; these are curated samples, not unedited in-app exports or manufacturer-approved designs.
The application is in private beta. The PDFs are public examples; calculator execution remains account-controlled. Public subscriptions and trials have not opened.
Grundfos CH2-30 replacement: compare the DAB curve
DOM-002 compares a legacy Grundfos CH2-30 with the closest available fixed-speed DAB candidate. The modelled old-pump duty is 36 L/min at 18.1 m head. The returned DAB Jetcom 62 produces 23.4 m at that flow, a difference of 5.3 m.
The result is a poor curve match, not a replacement recommendation. The sample includes the original overlaid curve graphic and DAB identification. It preserves the calculator's provisional engineering status and explains that the old curve is modelled. A real replacement needs the actual manufacturer's curve, required duty, control arrangement and installation checks.

A 650 m supply main feeding a centre pivot
HYD-007 evaluates a single supply main carrying 34 L/s, starting at 5.4 bar. This example assumes water at 20°C, level ground, new pipe, a 10% fittings allowance and a target velocity of 1.5 m/s.
The returned PE100 option is DN200 SDR17 PN10, with a 175.8 mm internal diameter. The result shows 1.40 m/s velocity, approximately 0.85 m friction loss per 100 m and 4.80 bar at the end of the run. Iplex is identified as a manufacturer data reference; the PE100 selection is generic.
This is a constant-flow supply main, not a 650 m pivot radius. Flow reduces along a pivot as water leaves its outlets. The calculator remains provisional, and no required downstream pressure was supplied, so this sample does not establish that a particular pivot will operate correctly.

Hunter solenoid cable sizing at 160 m
ELE-011 sizes a conventional circuit for one Hunter PGV/ICV standard 24 VAC solenoid at a one-way distance of 160 m. There is one energised valve, no additional master valve and no spare cores.
The calculation returns 1 mm² copper for both active and common conductors, with 21.48 V at the coil during inrush and 22.59 V while holding. The report explains the preset loads and the calculator's pull-in and holding-voltage checks. Recheck the result if the controller supply or number of simultaneous valves changes.

Amiad Sigma Pro screen-filter selection at 55 m³/h
FIL-008 considers the Amiad Sigma Pro family at 55 m³/h. The demonstration assumes 130-micron filtration, average surface water with silt and light algae, and 3 bar available pressure.
The returned model is the 4-inch Sigma Pro, with 6000 cm² screen area and 120 m³/h rated capacity. The application adjusts the required capacity to approximately 65 m³/h and reports 54% loading. That percentage includes the tool's water-quality adjustment; it is not simply design flow divided by rated flow.
The PDF distinguishes the application's 2 bar flush-pressure check from Amiad's published 1.5 bar minimum during cleaning. Actual water quality, cleaning demand and discharge arrangements still need confirmation. Heavy algae loads require a different filtration assessment.
