Start with a scaled site plan.
We’re developing tools to import a georeferenced drawing or a permitted Google or Nearmap image, then create your irrigation layout over the site.
TENSELO DESIGNER Production beta
Tenselo Designer is our next step for the industry. We’re building on our calculators to help you create a complete irrigation design, from the first drawing to a professional plan you can hand to your client.
We’re building Tenselo Designer to automatically calculate pipe sizes, size pumps and select sprinkler nozzles, then bring it all together in a bill of materials and a professional drawing you can hand to your client. Landscape irrigation comes first, with agricultural design to follow.
In production beta. Access is confirmed individually.
THE NEXT STEP FOR TENSELO
You know how the system should work. Your customer needs to see what you mean. We’re developing Designer to help connect those two conversations.
We’re developing tools to import a georeferenced drawing or a permitted Google or Nearmap image, then create your irrigation layout over the site.
Automatic pipe sizing, pump sizing and sprinkler nozzle selection are part of the workflow we’re developing, using equipment and performance data from the Tenselo database.
The goal is a bill of materials and a professional drawing you can give to your client, bringing the proposed layout and equipment together in one clear package.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
Designer is being developed to connect the drawing, calculations and equipment selection, so you can spend more time refining the design and explaining it to your customer.
Calculate suitable pipe sizes from the design’s flow and pressure requirements, with the aim of reducing manual sizing work across the layout.
Determine the required flow and pressure, then identify suitable pumps using the performance data available in the Tenselo database.
Our aim is to size and select sprinkler nozzles from any brand with suitable product data in the Tenselo database, giving you choices across manufacturers.
Bring the equipment and quantities from the design into a bill of materials to support quoting, purchasing and project planning.
Produce a professional drawing you can hand to your client, showing the proposed layout and equipment in a form they can understand.
We’re building support for automatic scaling from supported georeferenced drawings and imagery. For an image without scale information, calibrate against a known distance. Design and dimension in metric or imperial units, including metres and feet.
These are development goals. Automatic sizing, exports and brand coverage will depend on the tools and product data supported in your beta version. We’ll confirm what is available before you begin.
LANDSCAPE FIRST. MORE TO COME.
We’re inviting irrigation contractors, landscape professionals, pump specialists and designers to help shape the next stage of Tenselo.
Your feedback will help us understand which drawing tools, equipment choices and customer outputs matter most.
A drawing workflow for landscape projects, with development focused on connecting the plan, equipment and customer presentation.
The planned agricultural version will extend Designer to advanced drip design, fertigation and water filtration sizing, bringing more of the farm irrigation system into one design workflow.
These agricultural capabilities are planned for future development and are not part of the current landscape beta.
Features and supported equipment may change during beta. We’ll confirm the available tools and limitations before you begin.
HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT
Tell us what you design and what you’d like to try.
We’re looking for practical feedback from people who work with irrigation. Send a beta request and the Tenselo team can discuss whether the current beta suits your projects.
Requesting access does not create an account or start a paid subscription. Beta access is subject to confirmation.
This form prepares an email. Send it from your email app to complete your request.

Designer is still being developed and refined with feedback. Tools, supported equipment and outputs may change. We’ll confirm what is available when discussing your beta access.
Yes. Incorporating pumps and sprinklers from the Tenselo database is part of the Designer direction. Availability will depend on the supported products and tools in the beta.
That is the workflow we’re building: automatic pipe sizing, pump sizing and sprinkler nozzle selection connected to the drawing. The available calculations will depend on the supported design conditions and equipment data in your beta version.
Our aim is to support any brand for which suitable product and performance data is available in the Tenselo database. This is not a claim that every brand or nozzle is already supported. We’ll confirm the available catalogue coverage during beta.
Yes, these are planned Designer outputs: a bill of materials based on the design and a professional drawing you can hand to your client. We’ll confirm the available export formats and materials coverage for your beta version.
Yes, this is part of the planned workflow: import a georeferenced site drawing or imagery from Google or Nearmap where the provider’s licence permits. Supported georeferenced files will allow the design to be scaled automatically to real-world measurements; ordinary images will need calibration against a known distance. Metric and imperial measurements are planned. Imagery use will remain subject to the provider’s licence and required attribution, and we’ll confirm supported formats during beta.
The planned agricultural version will include advanced drip design, fertigation and water filtration sizing. These capabilities are future development goals. The current beta focus is landscape irrigation; no agricultural release date is being announced.
Designer access is confirmed separately during beta. This page does not change your calculator subscription or announce Designer pricing.
A drawing does not by itself verify the engineering. Check the beta’s limitations and have calculations, equipment selections and installation details reviewed by a competent person before use.
