Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Tenselo website and, where you have been granted access, the Tenselo calculator application.
The service
Tenselo provides water-engineering calculators and generates design reports. Access to the calculator application is by subscription or by invitation to the beta programme, and is granted per user.
Accounts are for one named user. Sharing a login, or using one account across multiple people, is not permitted.
Engineering responsibility
Tenselo is a design aid. It does not replace a qualified engineer, a licensed plumber or electrician, or the manufacturer’s own selection software.
Every design produced with Tenselo must be reviewed and approved by a competent person before it is built, installed or relied upon. You are responsible for checking that the inputs, assumptions and results suit the job in front of you.
Product selections must be confirmed against the manufacturer’s current data before ordering. Catalogues change.
Availability and changes
Tenselo is under active development. Calculators, data and pricing may change. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Prices shown on this website are indicative until subscriptions open.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Tenselo’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
