Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Tenselo website and, where you have been granted access, the Tenselo calculator application.

The service
Tenselo provides water-engineering calculators and generates design reports. Access to the calculator application is granted per user through an approved trial, a subscription, a company allocation or an approved complimentary account, including existing complimentary users.
Accounts are for one named user. Sharing a login, or using one account across multiple people, is not permitted.
Engineering responsibility
Tenselo is a design aid. It does not replace a qualified engineer, a licensed plumber or electrician, or the manufacturer’s own selection software.
Every design produced with Tenselo must be reviewed and approved by a competent person before it is built, installed or relied upon. You are responsible for checking that the inputs, assumptions and results suit the job in front of you.
Product selections must be confirmed against the manufacturer’s current data before ordering. Catalogues change.
Availability and changes
Tenselo is under active development. Calculators, data and pricing may change. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Confirm your selected plan, billing interval and total before subscribing.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance in Australian dollars. The cancellation guidance below reflects the existing Tenselo Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my Tenselo subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly or annual Tenselo subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. For an annual subscription, that means the end of the prepaid annual period. Enterprise agreements follow their own written terms.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To request cancellation, email sales@tenselo.com.au from your account email address and tell us you want to stop your subscription renewing. Include the account or company name so we can identify the subscription. Contact us at the same address if you cannot sign in or need help with billing.
What happens if I want a refund for unused time?
Cancellation stops renewal; it is not confirmation that a refund has been approved. For a refund request or a question about unused prepaid time, email sales@tenselo.com.au. If something is not right, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith, as set out in the Refund Policy. Enterprise agreements follow their own written terms. This contact timeframe does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Tenselo’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
