Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
If you start a 14-day free trial or contact us, we collect the name, company and email address you give us so we can review your application and reply.
If you hold an account, we collect your account email and the usage needed to run the service — which calculators you opened and the reports you saved — so your saved work is there when you come back.
Optional analytics are off by default. We do not show an automatic analytics popup. You can open “Analytics settings” in the footer and select “Accept analytics” to enable Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on this public website. We remember your choice for future visits. Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and actions such as opening the trial application or downloading a sample report. Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through masked session recordings and heatmaps. Form entries and page text are masked before Clarity records them; we do not add names, email addresses, customer identifiers or calculator/report data to Clarity. Clarity is excluded from the signed-in calculator application and from public visits with query strings or potentially sensitive referring URLs. Advertising signals and personalised advertising are disabled. If you select “No thanks”, these optional analytics scripts are not loaded. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent clears our analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop optional tracking. Previous consent to Google Analytics alone does not enable Clarity; a fresh choice in “Analytics settings” is required. What we do with it
The monthly newsletter is optional and separate from trial applications and weekly user tips. If you sign up, we store your email address and confirmation details to manage your subscription. We send a confirmation link before adding you to the list. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or contact sales@tenselo.com.au. Unsubscribing removes your email address from the newsletter list. We keep a record that does not contain your email address to stop old confirmation links from adding you again.
We use your details to provide the service, to respond to you, and to tell you about Tenselo. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your calculation inputs and saved reports are yours. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to identify your customers.
Where it is held
Data is held on servers operated by our hosting and authentication providers. Some of these may store data outside Australia. If you accept optional analytics, Google and Microsoft may process website interaction data, device/browser information and analytics identifiers outside Australia under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@tenselo.com.au.
Every email we send about the product carries an unsubscribe option.
