If you register your interest or contact us, we collect the name, company and email address you give us, so we can reply and let you know when subscriptions open.
If you hold an account, we collect your account email and the usage needed to run the service — which calculators you opened and the reports you saved — so your saved work is there when you come back.
This website uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
What we do with it
We use your details to provide the service, to respond to you, and to tell you about Tenselo. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your calculation inputs and saved reports are yours. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them to identify your customers.
Where it is held
Data is held on servers operated by our hosting and authentication providers. Some of these may store data outside Australia.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@tenselo.com.au.
Every email we send about the product carries an unsubscribe option.
